The Northern EFT Gathering took place over the weekend of January 29th -
I was very pleased to be one of the people giving a presentation which was on the use of EFT for menopause, with particular consideration for the beliefs and attitudes that women may hold about this time of life.
For many women these beliefs and attitudes are predominantly negative rather than positive. If you can pinpoint where you stand on these issues then you have a starting point for your EFT tapping work.
